Dear Eagleton Families,
In order to be prepared for the start of the 2022-2023 school year here is some important information.
Office Staff will be in the school building starting on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Our Eagleton Family Handbook is located here. Please read through the entire document in order to ensure you are aware of all school policies.
2022-2023 School Year Information:
● School Hours: 9:05am – 4:05pm
● Back to School Event – Ice Cream Social: Wednesday, August 17th from 5:30pm – 6:30pm
● 1st Day of School:
1st through 5th Grade Students: Monday, August 22nd
ECE and Kindergarten Students: Tuesday, August 23rd
● Grade level entrance doors will remain the same as last school year

● Lunch Application – Families, please make sure that you have completed your
Lunch Form Application before the first day of school as this is a required step to be
fully registered. Lunch will no longer be free for all students. You must either pay or have a lunch application completed and accepted: Click Here
● School Registration:
To register online, primary legal guardians of current DPS students must have an
active DPS Parent Portal account. Register your child starting July 29th through August 12th through your Parent Portal Account. Registering your student is an annual process where families provide the school important information related to the student and family such as emergency contacts, health information and more.This process must be completed before the 1st day of school in order for your child to attend.
● Create a Parent Portal Account
For more information on how to complete online registration, contact the front office starting on Wednesday August 3rd or visit schoolchoice.dpsk12.org.
● In Person Registration HELP Sessions will be August 5th, 8th and 9th. You do not have to attend if you have completed everything online. This is only for families that need help accessing Parent Portal or are completely new to Eagleton.
