As we start our Thanksgiving Break I am reminded of the importance of gratitude. Gratitude is one of the character strengths that students at Eagleton learn about. Today, I share with you how grateful I am for this community. Thank you to all families, students and staff who have supported Eagleton, especially, in the last two weeks. The Eagleton community is strong and we continue to show that each and every day. I am grateful for you!
Finally, our Thanksgiving Lunch did not go as planned. We are very disappointed that many families were not able to eat Thanksgiving Lunch with their children. Ultimately, the safety of our students is the first priority and following protocol from Denver Police Dept. and Dept of Safety was critical. Thank you all for understanding.
